Matilde Battaglia joined Todarello & Partners in 2008, she was appointed Salary Partner in december 2020. Previously, from 2002 to 2005, she practised in Palermo with the Pitruzzella law firm and then, from 2006 to 2007, with the Villata law firm in Milan, where she gained impressive experience in the areas of Procurement, Construction and Planning, Commerce, Healthcare, Environmental Law and correlated sectors.
From 2000 to 2001 she was a trainee lawyer with the Mangia Law Firm in Milan, where she specialised in Healthcare Law.

Ms Battaglia’s main areas of expertise are Construction and Planning, where she advises the Firms’ most prestigious clients.
