Maria Grazia Scorrano

Professional background

Maria Grazie Scorrano has been with Todarello & Partners since 2015. She was appointed Counsel in december 2020.

Previously, she worked for two years as a secondee legal counsel at the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department of Eni S.p.A., where she gained significant in-house experience in energy matters, with a particular focus on commercial as well as M&A and corporate reorganisation issues.

Formerly, she was a senior associate at Clifford Chance, Milan from 2005 to 2013, and an associate at Allen & Overy, Milan from 2002 to 2003, working in the corporate departments and gaining broad experience in Commercial Corporate and Civil Law, especially M&A and corporate restructuring operations, in a variety of industries including energy, real estate and insurance.

Academic background

Maria Grazia Scorrano graduated in Law from Università degli Studi, Teramo in 1999.

She attended a specialist course in European Law at Collegio Europeo, Parma, in 2000.
