Professional background

Giuseppe joined the Firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2008.

He had previously practiced with one of the leading Italian law firms specialized in public procurement law and project finance, construction and real estate law. He gained an in-depth experience in these and correlated sectors providing legal advice to Italian and International clients at all stages of tender procedures for the awarding of concessions and contracts for works, services and supplies awarded by Italian public bodies and international contracting authorities. He also assisted contracting authorities, sponsors, project companies in project financing projects, drafting tender documentation and project contracts.
