Professional background

Fabio Todarello founded the Firm in 2002.

He had previously practised with some of Milan’s top law firms specialising in Administrative Law: Tanzarella, 1995-1998; Sica, 1998-1999; Leone&Torrani, 1999-2001.

Fabio Todarello has built up a reputation as one of Italy’s most respected, knowledgeable energy lawyers, playing a major role in the sector ever since the early 2000s and winning important cases for the industry’s leading Italian and international corporations.

In recent years, he has also become a key figure in Planning and Construction law, handling some of northern Italy’s largest real estate development projects, including the related environmental law issues, especially in relation to complex, sensitive remediation procedures.

Fabio is the author of numerous articles and publications on legal matters relating to energy (mainly gas and electricity), public procurement, telecommunications and the environment. He is also regularly invited as an expert speaker to conferences and seminars on all his areas of specialisation.

Academic background

After Classical High School, Fabio Todarello obtained a degree in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 1995 with a dissertation thesis on the “res judicata in administrative law”, supervised by Prof. Valero Tavormina.
