Cristina Grassi

Professional background

Cristina joined Todarello & Partners in 2020. She was appointed Counsel in december 2020.

Previously, she worked for three years (from 2017 to 2020) as senior associate at Rucellai & Raffaelli, where she was engaged in complex civil and commercial litigation, property rights litigation, the negotiation of commercial contracts and M&A transactions. From 2019 to 2020 she was seconded to Accenture S.p.A. (Compliance operation Regulatory and Ethic (Core) Department), where she gained significant in-house experience in civil and commercial matters, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, lease agreements and real estate transactions.

From 2008 to 2017 she worked as senior associate at Lombardi Molinari, Milan, where she gained broad experience in commercial litigation and in bankruptcy and enforcement procedures. Formerly, she was an associate at the Finpro law firm, Trieste (from 2003 to 2008), where she assisted clients in civil and commercial matters, banking, insolvency and enforcement procedures.

From 2004 and 2005 she was employed at Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., assisting the Holding in a large number of M&A operations and capital market transactions.

From 2005 to 2009 she was appointed Lecturer in Civil Law at the faculty of International Science, Degree Course in International Science and Diplomatic Relations, at Università degli Studi di Trieste.

Academic background

Cristina graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Trieste in 1999.

In 2003 she completed a PhD course in European civil law at Università degli Studi di Verona and, in 2020, she attended a specialized postgraduate course at London Guildhall University in 2000.
