Alessandra Cerreta

Professional background

After gaining considerable professional experience with two leading multinational corporations, Alessandra Cerreta joined the Firm in 2008. She specialises mainly in Corporate Governance, Commercial Criminal Law and Governance and Compliance Programmes in general.
She is Chair and Independent Member of the Supervisory Bodies of multinational corporations and groups.
Ms Cerreta holds postgraduate Master’s degrees from Università Bocconi in Milan on “Companies and Crimes: Managing Risk and Business Security”, obtained in 1999, in leadership-related topics  (ISMA – Leadership Program, 1999-2002) from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., USA, and in Corporate Governance and Crimes from the JLS Law School (24 Ore Group) in Milan (2009-2010).

Academic background

Alessandra Cerreta obtained a Law degree from Università La Sapienza, Rome in 1989.
