Professional background

He joined the Firm in 2012 and heads its Civil and Corporate Law department. He was appointed Salary Partner in december 2020.

From 1994 to 2012 he practised at the Avv. Rho & Associati law firm in Milan, of which he became a partner in 1999, dealing with major issues in the field of Civil Law, with a particular emphasis on issues of Corporate, Banking, Insolvency and Financial Law.

He has participated as a speaker at conferences and meetings in Italy and abroad, on topics concerning Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition Law and Corporate Law.

Giuseppe Spennacchio graduated in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, in 1993.
