Alessandro Pennisi

Professional background

Alessandro joined the Firm in 2022 as Of Counsel. After an experience as in-house lawyer in Budapest, he worked for more than 20 years at the Milan office of the international law firm Baker & McKenzie, building a deep knowledge in commercial and corporate law, as well as in national and cross-border extraordinary transactions, assisting mainly foreign multinational groups.

He also built Organizational Models pursuant to Decree 231/2001 for many Italian entities belonging to foreign groups, particularly in the luxury, fashion clothing and accessories, and pharmaceutic/medical devices industries. He also provided general legal assistance in the context of companies’ criminal liability.

Alessandro is also Head of Legal & Compliance Italy at Sappi Group.
